Boicottate Vodafone

The Vodafone Day of Action on the 26th November promises to be a great success. Campaigners will be out in force on High Streets in many parts of the UK and Ireland to inform the public about the institution, which Vodafone is helping to finance. Vodafone’s financial involvement with Oxford University – an establishment in which sentient creatures are systematically tortured in the name of science - has not gone unnoticed in other countries, and demonstrations are being organised in Italy to coincide with our campaign in the UK.

SPEAK would like to thank our Italian friends for their support. International cooperation among groups illustrates the unity of the animal rights movement worldwide, and its growing maturity and global influence. It is unity that gives us our strength and unity that will make us an unstoppable force. Every institution that is involved in the abuse of animals or any company that helps to support that abuse should wake up to the fact that wherever they are in the world they cannot expect to go unnoticed.
