SPEAK leaflet that debunks the many lies of Tipu Aziz

Since SPEAK have been campaigning against Oxford University we have witnessed a concerted campaign of misinformation by the university as they have desperately tried to hoodwink the British public. There is no doubt that there has been a deliberate attempt by the university and the vivsectors at the university to either misrepresent what they do or claim responsibility for the work of others, all in a desperate attempt to justify their abuse of non human animals inside their laboratories.

Despite repeated attempts by the university to break the campaign by misusing the British legal system in order to either silence us or as we saw most recently, trying to put SPEAK campaigners in prison, at SPEAK we have remained steadfast in our commitment to end the fraudulent and cruel practice that is vivisection not just at Oxford University but in the UK.

Whilst the vivisectors like to argue with sound bites and downright lies at SPEAK we prefer to take a more measured and intelligent approach. On our ‘Parkinson’s - the Truth’ page we have attempted to answer the many falsehoods that have been propagated by Oxford University and its vivisectors as to the real facts regarding Parkinson’s disease. We approach it from a rational and scientific perspective rather than the emotive but false angle adopted by the vivisectors and their friends, who often use people's fear of disease and illness in order to deceive people as to the truth.

In our latest leaflet, we haven’t tried to provide a definitive answer to the question of whether vivisection works or not. A far more elaborate paper would be needed for that; one which we have touched on with our ‘Parkinson’s - the Truth’ article on the website. No, our latest leaflet deals with the lies of Tipu Aziz, who if he is to be believed has been the single most important person in Parkinson’s disease research. This leaflet dispels the myth that Mr. Aziz has been so keen for people to believe.
